The on-disc roster is already final, so DLC is the other way to keep adding. Vergil was disconfirmed for the final roster, but hopefully he'll make his way to DLC (and if MvC4 ever comes out, he'll replace Trish in a heartbeat

Isn't the Dante in the game the version from DMC3... SO wouldn't it have been more 'logical' to put Vergil in. Don't tell me Capcom weren't thinking about logic... they never do.

Hey now. We should actually be a *little* happy we at least got Trish. The MvC team only had Dante planned, but the DMC team wanted them to add Trish (why they didn't push for Vergil, I DON'T KNOW =3=").
But with the MvC team, they're trying to rep many series. There's nothing wrong with waiting for him as a DLC.

You make a valid point though. I'm not against them including Trish. I think its great. I just don't get why they chose her over Vergil or Nero.

I was unsure about getting this cuz im not as interested in marvel stuff as i use to be but seen small bits of video on youtube Dante and Trish look awesome so im gonna get it!
i don't really like the roster... so i'm not buying yet. perhaps if they offer more interesting characters in dlc.
