Anyone ever heard of the company LifeLock? It supposedly stops identity theft--the CEO himself was so confident in the organization's abilities that he plastered his Social Security number everywere--billboards, commercials, even the sides of trucks.

So this dude's completely safe from identity theft, right? Nope.

I dunno, I just wanted to see if others found this as funny as I did :P

I knew that was going to backfire on him eventually. I'm not surprised that they stopped airing the commercials a while ago, either.

Nice job, man. People totally won't try to steal your identity when you have your ****ing social security number plastered on billboards. >_<

well if you are arrogant enough to paint your social security number on the side of a truck and put it on TV. someone is going to steal your identity even if you are sighed up for 20 identity theft prevention companys. his identity got stolen 13 times and his social security number is still avalible to anyone that needs to use it. he is going to have terrible credit for life.

definitly an EPIC FAIL.

I wouldn't call it arrogance, DS, more like stupidity.

13 times though! Maybe the first should've been a hint, hmm?

I agree. 13 times is a little much. I would taken measures to do something about it the first time, but after 13 times?

arrogance and stupidity. he was arrogant because he was 100% confedent that he could do something incredibly risky and not fail. he beleved that his company was that good. he was stupid because he actually did it without thinking it through.

Meh, maybe. I just thought the thing was a scam when I first saw it...

And now it's a joke. I love how life turns out ^_^

That is pretty funny. Thanks for putting that up.
