Hey guys. Im just wondering if I can access my save in
DMC 3 SE in DMC 3 dante's awakening?

No, these are different games.

But, if you have completed Dantes Awakening and that Save is on the Memory Card you're using for Special Edition, you will automatically unlock Vergil and Bloody Palace (and a few other peices like Costumes).

But sadly they;re not backwards compatible.
