Any gameplay with sound is not sped up. There was a few cases of players who sped up game footage in DMC style tournaments and they had to mute the sound because of distortion. There was a bit of research done into it and you can notice a sped up video because of irregularities in certain animations from the speeding up process.

Yes, i know how animation becomes different when speeded up. But this video is not speeded up? You sure? If it\s not then thats crazy fast gameplay.

Yep I'm sure it's not even in Turbo mode.

It's not sped up, that's just how DMC3 plays. And yes, that is turbo mode, because DMC3 not on Turbo mode is slower. It also seems faster because the person playing it is an expert at it.
