This has nothing to do with why Dante's hair is black.
Furthermore, we don't even know what is the colour of Sparda's hair. The wiki says he has gray hair and white bangs but there's no clear pircture of him with his face fully revealed.

I was just joking. But i think why Eva has red hair is because of those other two pics i posted. It's a trait that NT females have.
As for Dante's black hair? It's obvious: Dante was inspired by punk movement.
And black is a dominant colour:

Both new Dante and Vergil faces are based on one actor and they are similar enough for me. Of course these are just my thoughts as twin myself, there are no proofs in game conforming which types of twins are they.
