The damage has been done. I have been disrespected, Dante has been, DMC serie has.
And i have been presented a character that Tameem says is more cool than Dante. I guess i can't do anything than say "Tameem your right! He is cool" - right? At this point: I just hope DMC dies and Dante along with it so that the memory of DMC and Dante can't be ruined more than it has.

That's where you are wrong. The creator of the serie your speaking of, or the one man that had big role in it's creation, Hideki Kamiya, has created a game (hack and slash - same genre) called Bayonetta.

And i gurantee you that MANY gameplay gamers have recognized Bayonetta as a very great gameplay game. Many have also said that Bayonetta is DMC only girl version.

So your wrong. All that will die if DMC ends is Dante and the story. Which is what DmC reboot is pretty much ignoring.

Bayonetta is nothing like dmc . Especially after dmc2.
Dmc's gameplay didnt stand out until dmc3. (go onto youtube and watch what truestyle chapions play om, and its not dmc1.
Bayonetta has great gameplay but its limited. Dmc4 has no limits. It basically caters to the players discretion.
I can see the dmc influences on bayonetta, but baonetta, to me, will never exceed past dmc4. DmC wont surpass dmc4 in gameplay. I picture dmc similar to bayonetta because of how far tje hardware has come but I do think.that DmC will be way better than Bayonetta, from gameplay, to graphics and story.

I think our definition of a reboot is different. I think if a game has new art, new gameplay,.and new story telling, its an inovation, but in such extreme changes, its a reboot.
Like dmc3 compared to dmc2, I thinks its a reboot because it was nothing like the previous games. The story was different, they introduced styles and the gameplay was completely changed

Bayonetta is alot like DMC. And i don't care if your hoping DmC will be better than Bayonetta in anyway as that's not something i have said anything about.

And if Bayonetta won't surpass DMC 4 in gameplay (which i agree as DMC 4 owns) - then Bayonetta 2 will.

Its a hack and slash game, yes.
But the coding in the physics and the combat are completely different. Have you played bayonetta?

I have not played Bayonetta. And i will have faith in you that the coding and the physics that you talk about are different. But people's perception of Bayonetta is that it's alot like Devil May Cry. And it's not without reasons.

You should play it and see how its not like dmc. It has cheesy influences but the combat is one if a kind.

I would say Bayonetta is as much like Devil May Cry as Heavenly Sword is like God of War. They are games with gameplay inspired from other games, but with their unique touches and changes on it.
