I'm sorry if this has already been done.

I got into DMC after playing Onimusha. They seemed similiar so I decided to give DMC ago to see that it was like. Plus seen as I liked RE and it was done by the same company it really caught my eye.

I bought one game (I already don't remember its name) but cd had a scratch and I couldn't play...I came to the shop to change it, but that game was sold. And the seller gave me DMC1. Later I thought that it was the Sign... Ha-ha!

I got into the Devil May Cry series after checking out a video preview on an old DVD that came free with one of my Playstation 2 magazines; I think it was either an old issue of 'Play' or the official Playstation 2 magazine - can't remember.

Anywho, I can remember being blown away by what I saw and I fell in love with Devil May Cry right there and then. That was like six or seven years ago as well... good times, good times.

I've been into DMC since the first one came out. And I bought the first one almost a year ago. (Because the other one was my brother's.) And I got back into it ALOT. Now im a bigger fan then I was before, but yeah, i've always liked DMC.

BTW id say RE is more like Onimusha because of the graphics and that horrible way you have to walk. Onimusha gives more of a RE theme and appearence.

Well I had one game called Bloody Roar which was pretty known to the people in my class back then. One day, someone told me that there's a guy following the style of Xion(one of BRs characters) but he's cooler etc. So by summer I had it - the original DMC that is, and couldn't be happier about that^^

for the record, here's Xion. He was more like Dante in BR3 but the picture is from BR4 so I guess the guys who made it noticed the similarity and changed him a bit.

Wow, I remember him. I used to love the Bloody Roar series. Bloody Roar was one of the first games I brought with my Nintendo GameCube, too.

But yeah, now I can see the similarity between Xion and Dante. Dante's still cooler, though. ^_^

I would of thought people got into it by the demo included with code veronica x, anyway, I got in to it because the back made it look good (which it is :D)

yeah it is ^_^
I remember getting DMC with the ps2. I had no choice but to get it. I ever heard of it. I started to get into it when my dad was playing DMC. He played it, I just watched. So that's how I knew how that storyline went. Then my dad bought DMC2 and he didn't play Lucia and again I watched him play as Dante. So I decided to play Lucia. Then I saw DMC3 in game and I didn't care how much it was I just grabbed it and took it to the till

My brother is a specialist gamer in training, I was going through his recent NAG magazines and saw the review for DMC 4. The editors of the mag only had praise for the game (as they are avid DMC players), and Dante looked similar to one of the characters in my novel...plus I've got a weakness for bad-*** blondes (thanks to Julian), so I was hooked since hearsay of the game.
