Hands on impressions of DmC

These hands on are getting on my nerves. Is there a other game that had so many "hands on" preview?
Seems like DmC has had over 15+ places where people affiliated to sites have tried the demo.

So question is: when will i get to try it?

I don't like the girls smile also. Seems so fake. And the guy kinda ****es me off also.
I guess it most be because of how they talk to the camera?

She was kinda annoying, but at least they were both excited about it.
"Hiya" :ermm:

@McdD yea, maybe at E3 they will release a demo

I wait only from now on E3 news. Still giving hopes for PC version, i don't wanna wait for cheaper editions for PS3.

You know that the game will be out by the end of the year which means the demo won't be available till the end of the year.

How ironic. Developers and producers tell us to play the game and judge for ourself, yet they can't bother giving out a demo before release?
But i guess as long as you listen to biased DmC hands on articles/videos or objective articles/videos that are positive to DmC then you won't need to "judge it for yourself".

If they release a demo late after game release (four weeks after perhaps?) - then they will be hypocrites in my eyes

Demo's usually come out a month prior to the game. If they would of released a demo last year, everyone would hate it because it was obviously still in the developing stages of the game. The Demo should be as close to the actual release of the game as possible that way it actually serves it purpose.

I tend to make my own decisions when i pick out a game. But you have to wonder, how come every person who had a hands on demo or a preview of the game, think that DmC is a decent title? I haven't heard any complaints thus far after Captive. Most of the complaints are still tied to last years PR.

Why would anyone release a Demo after the game is released?

you do realize that the game is still far from release? why would they release a demo now? maybe during E3 or somewhere at TGS they could decide to release one. For now though its still too early

I am just thinking if they don't release demo before release, then that would make them a hypocrite in my eyes.
And BEFORE release could mean 2 years ago or 1minute before release.

Are you saying you would rather have a demo of DmC 2 years ago? yea, that would be great

or Would you prefer the demo a week prior to the release?

They've already said a demo was in the works. We don't even have a release date, just a part of the year when its supposed to be released so my guess is, well, later on in the year but like a month before the official game release

No matter when the demo comes out, if you wait for it and try it before you decide to buy the game, you haven't lost anything. You don't HAVE to buy the game on the release date, you can wait if that is what you have to do to try the demo before getting the game. That has nothing to do with hypocrisy as no one is forcing you to buy the game.

Are there any game company who has released a demo AFTER the game's release anyways?

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. Because it was released on Xbox first and then a demo for the ps3 and then the actual ps3 release

little far fetched though

And inaccurate.
The game for Xbox was merely called Ninja Gaiden 2. It was the Playstation 3 version that was called Ninja Gaiden 2 Sigma and it was for the Playstation 3 that the demo was released BEFORE the release of the game.
There were no need to release a demo for Playstation 3 before the original Ninja Gaiden 2, as it was an Xbox exclusive at the time.

Well, she hinted at the charged punch from the top being automatic. If that's accurate, then my predictions are true and they will use it to balance the angel grapple and make it so jump cancel will still be useful, not just stylish, and jump cancelling will be the way to go to keep your Devil Trigger.

I like that, I really really like that.

It is hypocritical if you don't release a demo piror to or shortly after release. Because what if your a DMC fan and want to play DmC? How would you be able to see how it is unless you buy it?

^ Really there you've only got 3 solid options, You could either put your faith into various online Game review sites such as IGN, Gamespot, etc. You could rent it from your local Video store or I guess you could have a friend simply let You borrow it.

But I really do hope there is a pre-release demo, these sorts of games benefit the most from demos before release as they help stamp out little bugs and glitches through the community feedback which then can be used to fix the Retail build.

That, and I just really wanna ****in' play it!
