Can we have a greeting team? ya know where new members join and they greet them with a warm welcome on a PM. Thanks for viewing the page.

All new members get an instant PM upon signing up - we can always change it to seem more personal if need be, but not everyone reads them.

I agree with Drakan on this one, a warm welcome is fine, too personal a PM isn't.

People tend to start a thread in the intro's section, then everyone says Hi as they want to

A team to do this may isolate those who arent on the 'team' and make them less welcome to new members you can always PM a new member off of your own back and say Hi ^____^ or just keep half an eye on the Introduction Forums

yeah, the best thing is to just do as keaton said..keep an eye out for new members in the intro section...a greeting team would be too much of a hassle, it would make it harder for new members to get a full idea of the kind of ppl that inhabbit the forums..lol, as there are many of us with many a different personality..although that isnt to say ive run into any bad ones so far..everyone's been pretty cool with me so far
