Gamespot E3 Live Demo

The DT looks like it slows down time by just a little bit, and it also regenerates health.
I just don't like that you can use the angel grapple while in Devil Trigger with the demon boss, I think this is bullshit. Staying in the air forever to make Devil Trigger last forever was supposed to be a test of skill.

It still launches regular enemies up in the air...very nice seeing it used against a boss though.

It is not that simple to stay up in the air. Longest combo in the air I have ever seen lasted like two angel lifts while starting with doing one from the ground, so three in total. There might be a limit to how many times you can use it or something... I dunno.

After that the Gamespot host makes fun of the question, and Alex jones joins in and laughs.

I would like to hear what Alex Jones answer. But i guess disrespecting fans is ok.

I'm not really sure what that question means though.
I guess it's asking why he's young in a parallel universe?
Or why he's young in a game after DMC4 where he wasn't young?
The question actually doesn't make sense to me.

I think there was no way to really answer that. It isn't even a question.

His answer was basically "Does it have to make sense? It's a reboot."

It has been stated time and time again that this new Devil May Cry isn't directly linked to the original series, so that someone writes "Makes no sense he's young" is simply due to ignorancy from his/her part. It's a reboot and an origin story, of course it makes sense! I laughed at it too just after I facepalmed.

Whether the question don't make sense or not or if it's answer is obvious to many:
I would loved to hear Alex's answer.

More importantly the person asking the question would probably like to see his or her's question be answered.

It's really unprofessional. So much for asking a question...

What was actually idiotic was the guy actually reading out that as a legitimate question. He obviously knew it was just some person being dumb about the whole thing and he did it anyway, just to laugh at it.

That question would make more sense if this were DMC3 but not DmC. And if Alex did have an answer to the question, he already said this was a rebirth and he was young already.

This is not even a serious question.

I then have to say i disagree with most of you:
I find it a serious question.

And you all find it a joke.

A hilarious joke at that.

And i wonder why you think this question is so serious? Did you not know this version of Dante is supposed to be younger than the Dante from dmc3? or right around the same age? And if you didn't how does that affect you?

If the person wanted to make this a serious question, he/she would have asked something like "What is Alex's view on the new take on Dante and why decide to make him young?"

This person was obviously a troll or had no idea what the hell he/she was talking about and didn't know it was a reboot.

Well it IS fun to laugh at stupid people. ;P

It isn't fun to laugh at stupid people. It's fun to laugh at people that aren't stupid but act as such.
