Sony unveiled the most shocking announcement and i can not wait to buy it. Sorry XIII-2:p

No guarantees there. Most of the HD remastered games that I have played have the same problems that you mentioned, like God of War HD and Tomb Raider: Legend HD. Improved graphics, but have some weird movements and expressions. It would be different story if Square Enix invests their time to personally fix those problems.

I think Square Enix should instead create Final Fantasy HD Collection instead of remastering one Final Fantasy game, where they can remaster Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2, and Final Fantasy XII in HD. After all, Final Fantasy games on the PS2 already looked awesome with their high quality graphics, so they should give it a try. However, I am more interested in seeing Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII HD on PS3, because it looks great for a PSP game.

Oh god... Not only does this mean I can play, but it also means I can play it again just to get killed by Seymour Flux over and over and over! YAY! XD
 
So they are gonna release it on both the PS3 and Vita? Isn't one of the reasons the PSP failed because all of its good games were just watered down versions of games you could get on the PS3?

I'm sensing a pattern...

How much better will it look, I wonder?

I'm not keen on the idea of buying all my favourite games all over again unless they look *very* nice.

If there's a MGS HD release I'm considering it simply because my copy of MGS2 SOL and Snake Eater are glitchy and Snake Eater won't let me past the escorting injured EVA part these days, so I'll be buying that... and naturally any HD DMC 1-3 is a given.
 
The PSVita basic is in high definition and is compatible with your PS3. Its ultimately going to be the first ever next-gen hand held console.

Oh I love your ideas. Crisis Core on the PS3 with enhanced graphics would be epic. It looks great for a PSP game, if they did it for the PS3... o.o

Yes we get that scene! I know it's bad! But it made me laugh so I like it! XD

I'd say the same as well. They can just take that vacuum and suck all of my money out of my pockets. o.o

Oh yeah... one more thing... will they enhance the sound as well or is it just an HD remake? Making clearer and upgraded soundtracks (doesn't need to be remixed) is like creating a masterpiece over again. :F
 
FFX was the first FF game I completed all by myself. :P
And I loved it. This is great news! ^^

I was just asking a question since I think a lot of people said that one of the reasons the PSP failed was because a lot of the games were downgraded PS3 games. Wasn't sure though. ^^

It did fail because of it's lack of quality games I would say.

It has like, 20, probably. Or maybe 25 really really great games. And those are of different genre. I bet it did fail also because of it's rather lackluster library.
But really, I think it's a great console otherwise. Some people just didn't find much joy or something I think. <.<
It has alot of old school games revamped, it has some really great exclusive games, so like... it got a bigger list of good games that I can think of than the Wii at least. xP

True! Persona 3 Portable was pure brilliance and Crisis Core was decent to for example. ^^

I don't know much about Persona 3 but it's been getting good critics all around so it must be a great game.
I like Crisis Core above the majority by a... pretty huge bit. Some call it being bad acting and some dislike it for being linear, I however love everything that makes it what it is. :F Oh yeah and some hate on specific characters which I didn't for once. =O
