Nobuo Uematsu didn't compose the soundtracks for Kingdom Hearts series. The main composer for Kingdom Hearts series is Yoko Shimomura.

Nobuo Uematsu did all the Final Fantasy music soundtracks except FF X2.

Except him, Tetsuya Shibata and the whole composers of the DMC saga, for their epic music.
