Hello guys.I've been searching about that but I didn't find a thing.I was wondering if you could tell me what's the meaning of that circle.

This belongs to the Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition section, I believe.

Those are demonic runes of some sort, but nothing meaningful really.

The description of Air Hike is just concentrating demonic energy under the feet to propel yourself upwards.
