The missions were somewhat hard but the Mundus' boss fight was 20 minutes cutscenes, and 5 minutes of totally owning him with Arbiter. Simple and Clean. And when you think Vergil is going to be helping you like he did in DMC3 it turns out he gets molested by Mundus instead. Overall, it is a pretty crappy boss XD

I was like that myself.

**** YEA! Vergil and Dante fighting side by side to--

Mundus: "SURPRISE BUTTSEX!!"

Vergil: D:

Aw.

So you played it then? Or you just watched the guy play it and shared.

Also those criticisms are present in past DMC games as well. The Savior boss fight, Sanctus, -- and not to mention Dante's BROKEN move set in DMC4.

You are getting way too defensive about the game. So let me get this out for you: I like the game and I already pre-ordered it. But you gotta take things more objectively than blindly giving out reasons why this game is not bad. And I'm just saying it how I see it.

I don't care about old DMCs and their criticisms, I'm giving this game the criticism for what it is meant to be. And when I see a dumb boss fight, I'll say so. And my friend, Mundus was dumb. Cool presented and awesome cinematic (and I love the music) but a dumb boss that can be beaten (from what I saw) really easily on the hardest of difficulties.

Yeah, the louder they are, the worse it gets for the supporters. Anyway, I was referring to the people in the livestream. I was talking about how even DMC3 and 4 were broken at some parts, and they acted like I insulted their honor. Wow.

Anyway, I even admitted that DMC3 was the best DMC game, but I kept insisting that DmC was just as good as DMC4. You can imagine what happened when I said that. Burn. :/

DMC 3 is broken on Difficulty(Pre-Special edition) and the camera. It's one of the Top 10 best games on the PS2 but by no means it's perfect. It's just that the game is worth every penny.

How am I getting defensive? I've saying this for a long time now. If you feel this way about it, then I won't try to change your mind.

But I feel there's been a lot of sweeping statements made (more so now) since the streams have went up. Which is annoying. Not pointing fingers, but there's been a lot.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!

I'm crying right now!

EDIT:

SOMEONE PLEASE TURN THAT INTO A MEME!

Yeah, we wanted those sunscrit orbs shooting needles and meteors didn't we? I must admit that.
That core stuff and platforms were what we had in DMC1 but...yeah.
The concept of DMC1's Mundus was like an indian diety so I guess he needed more arms or stuff...

Now I have an urge to read Mundus and Dante non-con fiction......damn it all..well it's something to pass the time. xD

Edit: As I come back and see this again..I still want to read that fic...and something else made me laugh that should be at the end. 'And nine month later Nero was born' ...oh gods my head things happen...in there but at least I get a laugh...

As I think about it, I did like the concept of DmC's Mundus. A thirst for power in all ways, uses the Hell Gate as his source of physical power, and with it, is able to practically control reality, or at least cause it to run amok via limbo. His form looks cool too IMO, it was just.... a let down in how you combat it. But then we couldn't expect any sort of "The Savior" stuff with him, questionably these characters in how they're depicted and the game mechanics themselves, couldn't handle it.

Still hate how they played up Vergil as a poncy jerk most of the game. Only gets to be a badass right at the end. Could've been an awesome fight inside Mundus as outside with Dante.
