I don't know much about him, but isn't he one of those unfortunate actors who are talented, but because of being in certain films, they're laughingstocks to the whole world? Water for Elephants, from what I remember, had good reviews and people said he was a good actor. As for Kristen Stewart, I think she would be good for emotionally detached characters through trauma, natural personality, or otherwise. Speak (2004) starred Kristen and people said she did a good job, not an Oscar winning job, but much better than what Twilight did or wanted her to do.

after twilight, she just...i dunno. she's flat. now, RP has been in a few good films. water for elephants was great. not really oscar worthy, but it was great. remember me was a good watch as well. so was bel ami. he's been in some great films. its just frikin twilight that messed up his name

She has a car you know :/ . And I don't see any real reason why Vergil would send her some where on foot, when she's at her slowest and most vulnerable, without a quick means of escape.

You can't spray graffity while sitting in a car, though :/ And there are place where you can't go by car either. For example, when her and Dante went to the Virility factory, they were walking around, meaning she had to park the car somewhere. So, if she were to be chased by cops then, she'd first have to run back to where the car is, and dependig on where exactly that would be, there are plenty of opportunitys to get hurt.

As for Dante and Vergil, they have been shown to take on horde upon hordes of demons without breaking a sweat. I doubt they are very much affected by the weather.

But why dress them up like that in the first place? Look, NT were going for a more realistic approche with DmC, and dressing them up like that eventhough it was hot as hell would defeat that purpose, not to mention that they'd just look ridiculuos compared to everyone else and would stick out like a sore thumb :/ Not the most practical way to dress when you want to stay undercover like Vergil. And as I already said at least twice, the rest of Kat's outfit also suggests that it isn't that warm; boots, thick socks, long sleeves? Surely nothing I'd wear if it were warm enough for short shorts.

It matters to me. It just kinda destroys the otherwise pretty ralistic feel the game has, at least for me. I'm not saying that it is something that matters in general or should be a concern for everyone, but for me personally... well it just sorta bugs me, that's all :/

I'm sorry, but I don't quite follow? Like, I didn't mean that the game was super-realistic, because there's just so much a game about demons can do to be realistic, but... I dunno the shorts just kinda buged me? I just felt like they were out of place, geeze.

i guess its just a regional thing. because where i live, i see people dress like dante, kat, and vergil all the time. so kate wearing booty shorts and ugs...ok. dante...i dress like dante kinda so thats just that...and its weird to see a guy dressed as vergil, but its not taboo. and some of the really old hookers that "still got it" look exactly like lilith, so yeah. there's that.

2)Well Dante and Vergil still seem to have kind of a big ego and very arrogant. So it makes sense as to why they would dress that way. Because it makes them look cool or "hot" as you put it.

1) They said it at pretty much the same time Tameem talked about why the classic Dante would get laughed out of a bar - which was the point. They talked about making characters that were more normal looking and less flamboyant, because the classic characters' flamboyancy didn't fit with the aesthetic DmC has (case in point; DMC3 Dante skin).

2) Dante wears some of the most normal clothes a guy could wear (regardless of ego or arrogance), and Vergil is a self-made millionaire who has an affluent look to keep up.

Ok. So NONE of you make any sense on the subject of dressing like a douchebag.

A douchebag dresses LOUD with ignorance being the emphasis of their clothing or tattoos. Here's what I mean.

At work, this guy came in to the store and he had a lot of tattoos. Even on his face. One in particular were the words "Momma Tried" really big on his forehead.

After he left I turned to my co-worker and said, " I see that guy and think, Yep, I've made some poor decisions in my life too."

I've never watched Twilight but, how the hell does Dante dress or look like that guy?

And Vergil's hat cool? Lol no. It's a trilby and those things are just gross. Fedoras and trilbies are both just eww. Well, fedoras are ok but, only about 3 people in the world can actually successfully wear them and are the only ones allowed to in a perfect world.

And if you're the person who thinks wearing a fedora or trilby makes you look cool, then you're the one who shouldn't be wearing them.

I do like Vergil's DmC design overall better than his DMC 3 design which was always just stupid to me. Like some weird pirate.

Dante- b!tching coat and I use to rock my hair in similar fashion so I don't see the big deal. The fauxhawk thing he has going on is cool. Could lose the wifebeater though.

Vergil- I like this version of Vergil better than the other one just in general. His stupid trilby though lol.

Kat- Cute and probably my favorite Devil May Cry girl now.

Mundus- His human form is like Lex Luthor and is city destroying form is like Megatron

Lillith- Exactly what she should be. She's gross, part of the satire, and is supposed to be a disgusting demon.
