DmC USA special edition?

Okay so what's up with everyone getting cool material things, but Americans get absolutely nothing :/ And if we do get one, why wait sooooo long to reveal it. Did we do something wrong to not get one? If there is any info on it or anything, please post them here, thank you :)
 
Haha I've been talking about this all day dude. It sucks it's starting to bug me too, maybe they are waiting to show the best for last. :P
 
I know! it doesn't make any sense to be honest with you, how we don't get anything. And if I could just find out why we weren't that would soothe my anger a bit, maybe there is something behind why we are getting one :/

Actually, Europe has a tradition of getting better exclusives than the Americas, and it's mostly because America doesn't have to take time to get it localized into several different languages like Europe does, and so for having to wait longer, they get nifty special editions that we don't. Sometimes even if we all get Special Editions, Europe gets a greater one :/
 
Because it's Capcom.
Japan get: DLCs and an Artbook(I think with a CD)
Europe: DLCs and Dantes Necklace pendant
USA: DLCs from different retailers

The dumb BS:
Japan get an artbook which is from a British developer meaning it must be in English, so why is it not being released outside of Japan?
Europe: Can ONLY get Vergils DLC if you pre-order through PSN network. Xbox owners MUST buy it. If you pre-order on PSN it's £10 than retailers, but the DLC alone is cheaper....(secret shoutouts to Shopto.net selling Xbox and PS3 version with all DLCs including Vergil for £2 less than RRP! GO THERE!)
USA: All pre-orders from different retailers....why?

During all the interviews with Dom and Alex they stated a million times that these are set and won't change. Unless something changes soon, it seems we're all screwed really(Some more than others...USA)
Could probably buy the game and then "to eBay" the necklace and artbook.
 
The necklace that's being sold separately at the Capcom-Unity store is of much better quality that the one you'll get in SoS Edition, apparently.

I actually pre-ordered that already for PS3 (which is region free) so there no reason for me to be jealous now :troll:

It looks pretty sick. And considering I almost NEVER buy LE/CEs, its pretty reasonable I'd go out of my way to collect this.

Damn that's a good idea...but I'd rather play it on Xbox. I might do that actually. Import it, keep the crap and put it online and then buy the Xbox version with our European stuff. Hmmm
 
I live in the UK and I don't see any cool editions for us also - the SoS was only for Italy as far as I'm aware so you guys in America aren't alone!! :)

It's a UK based developer. The UK hates America with a flaming passion and it does not surprise me that they would do something of this sort. Well, from what I know alot hate americans. But I dont understand why...the UK gets better looking video game cases as far as design goes. We usually get disgruntled men giving a dirty look while in some sort of assault stance.

It really is lame how our cases get designed. I could be wrong and be deceived over UK hating us alot, but really from all the people that I have met in the UK over live it leads me to believe otherwise.

Gamestop is only in Northern Ireland and they're not really.....U.K(ish) But for £55! EFF OFF MATE. Games are around £40. Pfft, crazy prices at Gamestop it seems.
