Here the songs which aren't on the DmC official soundtracks :

MAKING MONSTERS album :
- Follow the trail of blood
- Never surrender
- Throat full of glass
- Declamation

TODAY WE ARE ALL DEMONS album :
- All pain is gone
- Sent to destroy

WHAT THE F**K IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE album :
- Electrohead
- Get your body beat
- Deathbed
- What the f**k is wrong with you

Even if the ending credits list these Combichrist's songs, there are still missing songs

Combichrist answered me they did this song, I'm still waiting for the title.
I also asked this question to Ninja Theory, I'm waiting for the answer.

Those are all on the limited edition OST that was a double album. No Redemption had a second disc that contained the combichrist songs from their albums.

Songs used in club off the top of my head:
Get your body beat (used in the countdown section)
Follow the trail of blood (used in the baby rages section "blue room")
What the f*** is wrong with you (Lillith boss fight)

Speaking on the topic of finding unreleased DmC music:

Does anyone know where to find the music for Vergil's Downfall's first trailer? I know its mostly a mash of themes, and the final part of it is also part of the Hollow Vergil theme (Death of Dante). But I can't ever seem to find the part right after he unsheathes his sword around 0:50.

The trailer I am talking about:
 
Whoah, that music from the tgs trailer. Always though it was just an unreleased OST. There's gotta be a studio version of it somewere though.
