I crush on Will Smith, and French Prince of Bel Air was one of my favourite TV shows as a kid. I like Chris. Yeah, you know the guy.
I also had my eye on a couple of black dudes that lived down the street from us, but my dad and mum said they'd never accept a black person into our family. With that said, our maid practically raised me and I love her to death, and her family is MY family.
Also, my twin bro is black (wuffs you Zany). One of my favourite DMC fanfic writers is a black girl. My new best friend down the road is a black lady from Zimbabwe.

You sound like one of the friendliest people in the world lol. As for the race thing, I don't have a problem with a cast who is all white. I watch Friends for godsakes lol. But I also get gripe from some people because a majority of my friends are white. It wasn't just that either, I was also told that I "act white" because of the way that I talked which I thought was riduclous. When I was in highschool I got labled an "oreo" among some of my peers. I laughed it off but still, that was a little hurtful (either that or I was just being a baby idk lol)
But yeah when it comes to entertainment like games, movies, shows, etc. I avoid the thought of racism altogether. Hehe I know this is a joke thread and all, but this sorta reminds me of the time when RE 5 was getting comments for being racist. I lol'd.

I have two friends who call themselves coconuts. They dress in punk style, like western food and TV shows, but also keep their family traditions. Funnily enough, it's their parents that had issues with them being friendly with white girls and being exposed to white culture. Something about being a bad influence. But the three of us have a great time talking about our cultures and sharing ideas. They love watching white comedy shows and also introduce me to their favourite Indian comedians and some Bollywood.
As a side note, both girls told me that if they were 'back in the old country' they wouldn't be allowed to be friends with each other because of a caste system. But they said it was a load of crap because they get on so well; so why should caste get in the way of being friends. Good attitude to have in my opinion.
I know this is a bit more about religion, but those two friends were wary of Muslims, until they met a friends of mine. Apparently Sikhs and Muslims do not get on. I didn't know that at the time...so I did wonder why I had two groups of friends wary of each other. I felt like a middle man. But it's great now I can hang out with all of them together. We all learn from each other. Mostly cooking. I wouldn't have known about dahl if it wasn't for them.^_^
But these three friends, they do get rude names called at them just walking in the street, which is odd because they wear western clothing and don't speak with accents (that's usually what starts the rudeness, accents and traditional clothes). I just don't get why people can be so cruel. Get to know people instead of being closed off.
It's a shame we can't live in a world where people can just be friends and be able to share ideas without race sterotypes and mistrust getting in the way. Just need to take each person for what they are.
