That's not true, Animes are good, how else do you think they have popularity here? Bleach is actually one the greater ones (though be wary of its filler arcs). If anything Marvel and DC pale in comparison to the kind of crap that happens in Anime (being that American Comics were what inspired Japenese Manga and, naturally, its animation).

And the animated versions of Marvel suck! The only ones that were good were the non- canon ones.

Actually that was around during the very beginning of super sentai and was one of the first shows to use giant mechs in live action,ps if you want more of the japanese versions , here you go
