I wish they did something like that.

Imagine yourself playing as Dante or Vergil.

I'd only do it if the controls were nothing less than perfect.

No, you know what? I'm sorry, I know Red Steel 2 already had perfect "VR" first person DMC-style control, but I don't think it would sit well with the fans, no matter how well it was executed.

Therefore, I recommend that this VR game would be more like Telltale's Batman. Or just straight up copy VR Batman instead.

I think more people would be happier that way.

A third person, high octane, franctic hack & slash game with tons of special effects happening on the screen at once in VR? Hell to the no.

A noble concept but not one easy implemented. Controls, camera and even room space make it rather impractical and provably dangerous. I say record gameplay and have the playback in first person VR.

If I can handle the Vive and being a cyborg ninja with guns, then I can....wait...I am DANTE.

I can do roundtrip as well. It's insanely addictive and since the Vive allows you to move in controlled space, you can jump and duck and dodge. It's awesome.

Also, I don't play FPS games, I live them.
