DmC anime?

the white porcelain masks on a lot of the enemies would have made them look extra creepy.
This ain't Silent Hill! Go home son, and leave me to my generic grim reaper designs.

An anime could work. Maybe it could be an interquel, between DmC and DmC2. It would chronicle some of Dante's inner struggles while he is also hunting down and killing dangerous and unique demons that plague the streets. However, every other episode will present Vergil's side of the story, while he is amassing an army, trying to cope with his identity as part demon and part angel, and his where his true allegiance lies. The show would also see the return characters like Phineas and Kat.

One thing that would be interesting is too allow the viewer to see the depth and scope of the demon underworld. Now that demons habitat our society, they organize into separate hostile groups. Dante is hunting down these demon syndicates while Vergil is trying to recruit them, albeit making enemies with more than a few in the process. Let's say Vergil has too show his dominance to these groups, and that he's not be trifled with, reassuring himself that he is the self proclaimed "Demon King."

Personally speaking, I don't care if this is the plot of a potential DmC tie in anime and/or television series, or if my suggested narrative is spread across future DmC games.

people disliked the last 4 episodes as it dwelved into rin and yukio's parents which the manga hasn't and people thought it jumped the shark.
It did jump the shark. Thats why I fee like the newcomers to the series should stop watching after the fight with the earth king, and continue with the manga.

i haven't read the manga since its hard to find but even if i did read it, i might have liked it even more. i would have loved to see rin and yukio's parents and how the two came to be. and i did like it
