I hope Vergil V Nero isn't a secret boss fight at all so we can get an actual interaction between the 2.
We already know there's definitely gonna be an interaction between them.

Well I know Nero and Vergil already met with Vergil giving Nero the "War" treatment. It's the way you worded your post that confused me. Like I want Nero to fight Vergil post DB removal and see thier revelation as father and son in the story. You know, one of most amazing feelings for me the first time I played DMC4 was getting to fight Dante (the second time I mean, the tutorial doesn't count). Think about it, the series' main protagonist and the most badassly powerful being at that point is now your enemy. It was intimidating and daunting. The battle was supposed to be near impossible to win and his AI, despite being weak to a couple of loops that players eventually discovered in time was meant to reflect that. And let's be honest, the first times, everyone got their asses destroyed by the red coated demon hunter.
I want something like that in this. And something tells me it's gonna be Nero vs Vergil this time. "I've got a score to settle with that son of a bitch", he says. He could be a secret boss or something. I'd love for Capcom to do that.
i'd say V is nero's devil trigger in 4 separating itself
Nero's Devil Trigger wasn't his. Nero doesn't have a Devil Trigger, he uses Vergil's from the Yamato. No Devil Arm, no Devil Trigger.
that this is a game coming from Japan?
Whether he is his own person, a clone, or is even male, is anyone's guess.
adding up, kyrie isn't showing up there is she? considering blood is there in the trailer, would capcom drastically kill kyrie and this particular event led V to break out of nero? --still with speculation V is part of nero

He'll probably have a power amp from the Devil Breaker (as that's all a DT is), but thematically, I can't see him having a Devil Trigger himself.
Going by the assumption that "V" is the third character shown on the right of the cover art, I'd bet heavily against him being Vergil, but have you ever considered that this is a game coming from Japan? Where they love, love, love weird naming conventions? Everyone is assuming that V is pronounced "vee" and not "five," hearkening to fifth entry shenanigans. DMC lore is rife with humans attempting to gain (d-d-d-d-demonic) power through experimentation and ritual practices, a fifth patient is right up Capcom's alley. Whether he is his own person, a clone, or is even male, is anyone's guess.
Here's a theory. What if Nero simply hasn't discovered his DT? What if it's easier to use a DT through a devil arm than it is to go DT yourself?
In DMC1, Dante was careful to only use his DT during every swing, and the forms were that of the devil arms. What if they retroactively decided that this was because Dante wanted to save as much energy as possible for when he fought Mundus? The same logic could apply to Nero - he didn't know how to go DT himself, and it's simply easier with a lower energy cost to use devil arms to achieve that power-up.
Nero yells at Kyrie to "get back inside" which is probably given with the intruder that takes his arm. The blood is more than likely because he just got his arm ripped off.
There might also be too much of a stretch in what the lyrics to Devil Trigger mean, as well. When was the last time lyrics in DMC music ever directly correlated to events in the series? It's mostly ever been about theming, and in this case, it's the theme of the Devil Trigger, something the characters have and unleash from within themselves, something they "let it out."
This is the problem with trying to apply lore to this franchise - half of everything that was done was simply for aesthetics, and has little bearing on what story they create that allows for demon slaying action.
Morrison or Lady could be running it.so nero is running a branch of devil may cry which is the van, will that mean the main office will be therr on the game?
who's running the main office?
will we have some case ordering/clients scenario in the game for missions like the anime? or the office n branch will only be there for the sake of being there?
can V be related to the two sparda apprentices in the anime? they did morrison, so maybe?
it did randomly blow up at the end of DMC4, 'member~? /s
Nero running a mobile demon-hunting business is probably just a way for him to end up in the town and to explain how he can constantly get more upgrades with a traveling shop with Nico. Dante is probably still running the office.
Or maybe the office is gone, it did randomly blow up at the end of DMC4, 'member~? /s
