I think DMC5 would take place after DMC4. I hope it would explain Nero's origins, and that it would have Nero save Dante, showing they've grown to be equals. I hope Nero gets a true Devil Trigger, instead of that bull about him having to rely on Vergil's soul to turn into a demon (or rather, to get red glowing eyes, really).
And yes, Nero's origins can be explained. I've already thought of three or four explanations, none of them too extravagant for Capcom. It seems Nero was meant to be a half-demon like Dante and Vergil, or that he could at least get a full Devil Trigger, as you can see from my avatar.
So, yeah, more Nero/Sparda stuff.
