Taking Back Lordran One Boss At a Time
Yes, that is something you do in the video game world. The game world is a place of corporations, studios, and businesses. You change something because you think it'll bring you more money and fame. For these guys it's "I care about my games...but I really want some money too!"I don't think of it like that. when the 2010 trailer came, everyone was ****ed off, and they had good reason for being ****ed. THEY CHANGED DANTE. It's something un speakable because he's iconic to them. some Dante was their first video game character. That's something you don't screw with in the video game world. ask for NT, they got cocky with power. Taemen if that's how you spell it, said Dante wasn't cool anymore. Now if that was some ordinary guy, it would be fine, but when it's cominng from someone who's handling a DMC game and possibly the next generation of DMC, it kind of tends to put people on edge. Personally I think it's lookin' good, but I still don't like Taemen for saying that, but then again, I don't care about his comments all together. He's just kind of a ****.
I think that the DMC fanbase was acting childish in that we threw tantrums and spammed youtube videos and threads like kids while the teams working on DmC were just minding their own business. Yes, Tameem said that about Dante. So? Is it not his reasoning--also because Capcom told them to do it.
We have to understand that the world of video games isn't just a little fantasy dream land. It's also a place of money and fortune.
