Obviously the bullet drum is a 6 bullet one, so that whenever the top one is fired, a bullet is also lined up at the bottom.

The Blue Rose is a heavily modified Smith & Wesson Model 500 Pistol. It is a six-shooter, and two bullets are aligned one atop the other and shoot from both barrels, giving three possible shots from one round of bullets used.
