Behind the Scenes w/ the 1st Performance Capture Vid!

Yeah well, I don''t mind the white hair in general, I just prefer the black hair cause that's the look that grew on me a little.

So Dante loses his black hair earlier?

Aww. I liked his black hair better.:(

this is at level 13 so by DMC law he normally attains DT by 10.

if you mean naturally all white hair...i doubt it. im behind the whole his hair is becoming lighter as u move through the game. buuuut i think here its more of a case that lilith made dante go devil trigger rather than hes got white hair now.

But if he was in devil trigger wouldn't his jacket be red as well?

hmm fair point. but it doesnt make sense he has white hair so soon as he has yet to face bob and raptor news "reported" on the club attack with bob plus he shows no sign or Eryx yet. perhaps the red aura has yet to be added? or maybe he dyes his hair to fit in more. so after this scene he dyes it back? i honestly dunno m8 but i really doubt nt would place such a pivotal moment only half way through the game.

Honestly I don't feel that the white hair compliments his jacket or skin tone. I pretty much knew this would happen when Vergil had white hair but I was hoping it wouldn't happen so soon and his look would change beyond the hair. The white hair personally looks like a wig to me rather then something he could naturally grow.

Overturn is mission seven in this game. He fights Bob Barbas much earlier than the club mission. Also, Poison has an angel glide marker on her forehead that only revealed when Dante goes Dt against her indicating he has it during or before mission five.

Keep in mind that during that nightclub level, Dante only has a small patch of white hair on his head, and in cutscenes that occur after that level (like the exchange on the highway) his hair is still mostly black.

I'm not sure what's going on with his hair in that portion of the video, but I don't think his hair is permanently white by then.

Could be the full white hair was a temporary flash of brilliance giving Dante an upgrade during that fight foreshadowing future things or the black hair in the trailer in that highway scene was place holder to keep the story element secret like Chocolateghost said earlier.

I think it's that but I have no idea why he'd get white hair so unbelievably early in the story unless they were THAT desperate to appease white hair haters. Mabye there playing with this being an alternate costume they've turned on?

Guys, if he get's his white hair so early on, won't that mean he would get a real demon looking trigger by the end then? Food for thoughts.

Ninja Theory has mixed it all up for us to keep us guessing alright. Well played.

That depends on what 'early' is. This is mission thirteen remember? That midway point is about the major turning point in every devil may cry game.
