Putting my vote on Blitz. It was just so hard to beat. The other demons on the list I learned to fight pretty easily, but this one was just difficult and I have no idea why.

theres a system to fighting blitz with either character with nero you need to charge shot x3 of maximum bet quickly and then use the buster combo and finish with a charge shot or a maximum bet and with dante you need either pandora, lucifer, darkslayer style or you could use the move overdrive to drop the shield after that pump him full of the lucifer bolts and use real impact and all your power moves with either rebellion or pandora to bring his health down quickly
