but if anyone has the answer tell me.
somewhere i read capcom told NT to make dante special like a secrete weapon to destroy the demons. but thats all i can get. so how he ended up human?

there's a fair number of stories, movies, and other fantasies that says humans were originally a blend of demon and angel, inheriting the traits of both. Though in this universe, they're setting it up as humans are a separate species that happens to appear identical to DmC's version of nephalem (traditionally, nephalem refers to human/angel crossbreed) but that's only a tiny inconsistency, and can easily be overlooked.
