I didn't know that 16 was M. Is there still rating 18 in UK? I would have thought DmC was 18 rating with the sex and swearing.
If we do have 18 rating, then I'd love to know what sort of content a game has to make it 18 if DmC did not have enough content to make it 18.

The UK does still have 18, although i don't think it's used very much. Apparently DmC was a 16 as:

Takes quite a lot for a game to be rated 18 here, nothing in DmC that I personally think warrants an 18 rating.

Not all games in Pegi are ones for ESRB M rated games. I have some what had M rated in ESRB but gotten 18 in PEGI
