A Cool Japanese Name

I need to name my female modern kunoichi (female ninja) something cool, with a meaning. She will be part of my comic/novel project called Codename: Rinne (Japanese for Reincarnation). To help you guys, I'll give you sum info on her.

Raika Narukami (the temporary name I gave her)
Raika means "Lightning Flash" or "Fire caused by lightning"
Narukami means "Thunder God"

I loosely based her off Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto, Paine from FFX-2 & Vergil...slightly.

Age: 13 (she'll age during my story; 17 years will pass throughout the story)
Hair: Spikey jet black hair similar Sasuke but longer (Silver in Majin form)
Eyes: Brown, but change to Yellow during Majin form
Clothes: A goth version of Japanese girls sailor uniform thing.
Skin color: Fair skin, but slightly pale, but like Vampire-ish white-ish pale during Majin form
Weapon: An O katana with no name (for now)

Personality: For a kid, shes abnormally calm, intelligent, and polite, but she harbors deep malice and hate within for unknown reasons.

Skills and Powers: Manipulation of electricity to its basic chemistry by use of ki. Very strong and fast with great efficiency in swordplay. Her Lightning Powers can produce fire for unknown reasons to, makin her pyrokinetic too.

Shes not a good guy....I mean girl.
Shes a dark hero, or anti hero.

Oh man, wish I could help. I'm normally pretty unoriginal and just "borrow" names from characters whom I find cool and tend to see where I go from there. My Japanese is pretty lousy (read: non-existent) so I'm probably not the best person to ask. :P

Um, whatta bout Kushina Raitatsu?
I have NO clue what Kushina means but Raitatsu mean "Thunder Dragon"

I also got a name for her sword.
Raikiri which means "Lightning Blade"
It was used on Naruto series as a technique Kakashi uses with his hand.

Also, Kushina was the name of Naruto's mother. Her full name being Kushina Uzumaki.
