I spent 40mins on the phone to x-box live as my controler wa switching between 1st and 2nd quadrant on the console which i havent noticed a change in gameplay but it is really anooying as i notice it all the time , but it only does it with my black controller so i phoned up and explained my problem and they said i had to send it off and they will re-place it ... 40mins for a controller !! its stupid !!
 
Should have just took it back to the store and asked for a replacement as it was faulty, job done. I never call support lines for anything as they never help. 2 years of internet issues with old company and the support guy asked if id tried restarting my machine...

This is about as good as tech support gets, and Microsoft tech support is a million times worse, really, ya should've just taken the thing back to the store and got it replaced, simple as that, rather than going through the mental buggery that is calling Microsoft.

If anything went wrong with my tech, I'd sooner throw it out the window and claim off the insurance than call them.

Id just email them or file a support query as its much faster and more helpful. Whereas with my Internet issue i simply switched companies and havent had any problems since. :lol:
 
well i cou;dnt take it back to the store as i bought it at xmas , 6months ago !!! and if u know a warrenty that lasts 6 months please tell :lol:
