I guess he has more than 1 weak point and you'll have to destroy all of them. For example, his hand may be a weak point. Once one of the health bars is empty, the boss will change the attack's pattern, using another part of its body ( obviously another weak point, like perhaps the head). So, each weak point has a different health bar.

Didn't actually think of that. Boy, now I feel silly.

But why would they make the scene where Lilith throws off her wig in the club and tell Dante she way going to 'unwind' implying she was going to attack him. Does Dante just smack her over the head in a cutscene till she's uncoscious and take her hostage or something?
Just seems like all that lead up to a confrontation with her was for nothing. If there's no fight with her, then there's no point to her taunting Dante at the club.

Anything can happen at that point. Like Lilith getting ready to attack Dante and her baby suddenly deciding to come out instead.

It would be cool if the first half of the fight was against Lilith and then once you beat her she gives birth to Killing Face and then you have to fight him.

Btw, Killing Face is a 20 feet giant, so forget everything you knew about giving birth and the process taking time and whatnot. Put those theories inside a paper bag and throw them out the window immediately.

Either way, I reckon however it happens would put most ladies off having kids. I hope it won't be like this:
