Probably because the character did not have his own movie in like a decade.

I'm certainly not one of those people. I'm there for Thor and the Asgardians, not the character whose entire gimmick is "MUH ANGUR." Besides, they destroyed what was left of his character by having him engage in that God-AWFUL romance with Widow. Literally the stupidest thing in MCU to date.

@Erian1Mortal Which is a shame. I would like a movie akin to Ang Lee's, exploring the Bruce/Hulk duality and delving into both characters' psyche. After all, that's what Hulk's all about, alongside the rage and beatdown galore: psychological commentary. Yet in the MCU, that seems to be what he's all about. Funny how a non MCU movie got closer to what the character is actually intended to be.

I'd love to see him get another movie, but that's probably not gonna happen (the rights are at universal studios as far as I am aware). So they won't be able to really delve into the character that deep.

I was hype for Thor but now I just wanna see Hulk. I wish Marvel would stop making a mockery to the character and just let Ang Lee do a sequel to his film.
