From what I hear about Dio, he might stand a good chance of winning. It should be noted though that Ken can literally pull ridiculous, plot-reversing BS out of the whole Hokuto No Shinken thing...like reviving lost memories or curing blindness. He's like martial arts Jesus, or something.
While DIO is certainly a big hitter in the world of Jojo, he's by no means the strongest. Funnily enough, Kenshiro is referenced in Jojo when a character uses his power to bring every fictional person to life to fight for him. Kenshiro isn't seen but is mentioned as one of many by a news report the heroes watch.
Oh. That's actually pretty cool, honestly. I wasn't even bringing Dio up like "hah he could totally destroy Kenshiro" either, I just thought it'd be a neat comparison.
I wouldn't be surprised if Kenshiro could pull a hamon mimicry out of the Hokuto No Shinken.
Both Fist of the North Star and JoJo got excellent 2D fighting games, so my dream would be a crossover game where the characters of both universes fight each other. Then, we wouldn't have to speculate...we'd just play out the scenario ourselves.
Even the recent 3D Jojo game was pretty good, even if the story mode was blah. I loved how they tried to incorporate the more broken Jojo powers into the game. Such as throwing people into different dimensions, nullifying cause and effect, and accelerating time until the end ofthe universe.
