its much faster than original from the feeling + you can regulate crossfade speed

Didn't feel like it from the demo. It was kinda fast in close spaces but as soon as I got out in the open it got slower. Guess it's primarily Doomguy's fault, his walk speed ain't really that fast. Guess Unreal Tournament spoiled me.

Honestly it barely feels in game, except from simple running around. Otherwise you almost always surrounded by enemy hordes so you don't have time to check walking speed.

Actually I did have the opportunity to check walk speed when out in the open, where its slowness is more evident. But I just played the demo. Maybe it's different in later levels, I dunno.
