Capcom doesn't exactly feed us with DMC stuff to talk about.

LOL release date? We don't even know if it's in any stage of production, nor if they will make a new game at all.

Btw, it's DMC5, not DMC6. 2013's DmC was a reboot, doesn't count in the original timeline.

They never released DMC5. If you're talking about this: http://www.coplanet.it/userfiles/dmc-2012-1wallpaper-2.jpg that is commonly referred to as DmC, not DMC5. DmC was a reboot of the franchise, and as such, it doesn't fit in the orignal 4 games' timeline, has nothing to do with them.

Then everyone is wrong. There is this misconception that DmC is part of DMC1, 2, 3 and 4 timeline, but that's false. Pretty much every DMC fan knows that now, even though there are still some misinformed people to this day.

DMC5 doesn't exist yet, and we don't know if it will be made, even though there are indications that it will.

@Foxtrot94: No, I think people call it "5", because it's the 5th Devil May Cry game to be made. Though technically not a part of the original Devil May Cry series, most regard it as a part of DMC now as a whole, despite the fact that it's not actually DMC 5 as you said.

I know, but that habit needs to be eradicated, cause it generates confusion and misinformation among the "less prepared" fans and those who don't know the franchise.

With that DmC is DMC 5 confusion is also fault slightly also with how in NVIDIA GFX Drivers game is called as there it is showed as Devil May Cry 5, thats true as i have that in mine laptop
