Batman Begins, without a doubt. My favorite part, Ra's al Ghul doing that speech to Bruce about his parents' death while he's training him.
In general, I just love how exceptionally and deeply character driven it is, while still having nice action. And that part I mentioned, combines the two aspects so well.
