Same. Even though I'm not a fan of the actor who plays him. And hopefully the people who say Kylo Ren might be Luke Skywalker are wrong.

I doubt it's true. Also, I'm really hoping it isn't, because I kinda wanna see Luke play the role of mentor ala Obi-Wan in the original. I think it would show the character going full circle, from student, to warrior, to teacher.

It'd make sense if it was Luke. Otherwise, where is Luke? And also, to me, it seems like whoever wants to continue Vader's work has to be someone with love and admiration for the guy. And that's why Luke would fit, being his son and all.

Furthermore, we had the memorable scene where Vader reveals he's Luke's father. This would be very much like that, Luke revealing he's continuing his father's work.

But Mark Hamil's been cast in the movie

I don't know man. Maybe he takes the helmet off and we see him. I've got no idea.

So what makes you like him so much? We know so very little about him, I'm curious what put him so high on your list.

Whelp, honestly I think it's the fact that we don't know to much yet. He's a man in a mask, and at this point it's a lot of "Oh who is he?" and "What's his backstory".

Also, he apparently modeled himself after Darth Vader, which you can tell just be looking at him, tall dark figure in a mask, and it reminds me of Vader, who, as I've said, is my favorite villain, not just Star Wars, but Vader is my favorite movie villain period

So, because he's a mystery and looks a bit like Vader? Seems a little...lacking...to have him so high on your list >.<
