I see. What survival horror games that you played before?

Snowdrop engine is amazing. I hope more upcoming Ubisoft games will use it for their third person shooter games. I think The Division is a good enough reason for me to buy a PS4 end of this year, hopefully, if there is not much PS4 exclusives coming out this year.

I think shooter games should stand unique than each other to stay competitive with unique gameplay features. For instance, BioShock games and Fallout games. Both uses first person view, but with different gameplay style, atmosphere, etc. Too many past shooter games that fail to stand competitive against others.

Not really referring to survival horror as such but survival in general. Those guess The Forest could be considered both. I love look of DayZ on PC & think it's going to end up great (already loved by many).

Rust is another intriguing one but again still in alpha. These games where you have to eat, sleep, injuries need to be treated, death has consequence & you just do anything to survive sound great.

I heard of DayZ, and it looks great. However, I won't be getting it anytime soon.

Rust... Never heard of it before. Is it an indie game?

When I build a new PC after my wedding I shall purchase DayZ & Rust. Some of the latest updated in DayZ sound great. Yeah Rust is designed by Garry Newman & Facepunch Studios (of Half Life Garry's Mod fame).

I have seen The Order. Footage but as I don't own a PS4 I haven't followed its development.

Yeah getting married 8 weeks on Saturday, 10th May.

My current computer wouldn't run much so not lately. However I shall look into it again when I sort new rig out.

Actually just worked out its 7 weeks not 8, losing track of time lol.

Currently I only have a laptop, my gaming desktop is old & left that with my parents for them to use about 8 years ago. So going to build another from scratch when I get some cash together after wedding & honeymoon.

I see. If you do get an emulator, get Final Fantasy X International. It has additional content like new bosses and minor tweaks compared to the original version. It has both English and Japanese texts options, so you can switch them if you don't understand Japanese. However, if you get Final Fantasy X PAL version, it has all the bonus contents like the international version.

I shall definitely look into it when I have a new computer and no I dont understand Japanese unfortunately. lol

Do you think current generation consoles lack of backward compatibility are problematic to player sho want to play their older games on PS4 or Xbox One?

I dont mind the lack of backwards compatibility so much, I mean it would be handy but I still own a 360 to play 360 games on. Was issues with some Xbox Original games when you played them on 360 so wouldnt want to have to go through that again. Would rather just keep my old console and use it still.

Far Cry 3, Arkham Origins, Hitman Absolution, Borderlands 2, Dead Island (was free), Civ Revolution (free), State of Decay, The Walking Dead & The Wolf Among Us are main ones.

I see. How's Borderlands 2? Is it good?

I like it but it's much better when played with friends rather than going solo.
