The impiled joke about Setesh is that she hangs out with the wrong son of Sparda. Her personality suggest that she is more like the female version of Dante, rather than Vergil, but yet she can't stand Dante.
Setesh yells about five swear words after slamming down the phone. Vergil looking up from his book says "Tesh? How many times have I asked not to swear around, Persephone?"
Setesh: Um, a lot I really don't remember
