  • Maybe having it as san would've been better, but because they will become close friends, you can get away with it, especially since you don't know the honorifics that well, you've done a pretty good job. ^_^
so.......wat should i do trish? idk why...but i keep thinking about this over and over....going through it...trying to sort it out....she is.....really nice....as u can see i have the problem of liking people too much too soon....am i really so stupid for it? i have no idea anymore though...happens a lor with these situations huh?
yeah well...i think, unforutnately, that it may be too soon...and im not sure with anything...vuz maybe she wants to only focus on school? i should...but it's nice to have someone to alleviate the stress...ya know?...idk...
im ok trish.....theres this girl i like...shes in 3 of my classes...kinda a friend....sits by me in almost all my classes.....i learned her name today though..i had a class with her last semester where i kinda crushed...but now i actually know her....but unfortunately i think i'm already in the friend zone :/....i have no idea wat to do.......the only reason i think so is that we hung out much of the day....and she purposefully sat next to me in one class......and then she had to wait in line to return a book at our school's bookstore...and i was in the line yesterday for 3 hours so i know how boring it is...so i went with her so it would be better....she thought it was nice....but i think after a while she either was annoyed or really felt bad about me being there so late....cuz she kept urged me to leave after a while...in a caring way though....so...yeah....not sure trish....advice?
    Erm... Google to the rescue!

    Chan

Chan (ちゃん?) ("kins") is a diminutive suffix; it expresses that the speaker finds a person endearing. Thus, using chan with a superior's name would be condescending and rude. In general, chan is used for babies, young children, and teenage girls. It may also be used towards cute animals, lovers, close friends, or any youthlike woman.

Although traditionally honorifics are not applied to oneself, some young women adopt the childish affectation of referring to themselves in the third person using chan. For example, a young woman named Kanako might call herself Kanako-chan rather than using a first person pronoun.

Taken from wiki  if you need any more honorifics
Oni-San is Older brother I think... Chibi kinda, small and cute and... Well... Chibi  Kawaii is cute, Kuwaii is scary, I know that because I get described as both

There are so many suffices that I can't remember half of them >.<
Same here, so I found it harder... Although those few words do help you to fit in. Baka yarou! <-- Big idiot!! XDI learnt that from anime. :D
That's cool! It's... Awkward to learn it because it's not latin based, so it's like starting from nothing. And the grammar is so annoying. But because you watch anime, as do most of my japanese class, you should be able to pick it up with reasonable ease. Helps to understand their way of life, which we also study a little, e.g. White day, Black day, etc.
