ahh coolAh yes. I found the first anime adaptation of FMA to be lacking, but still great nevertheless. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, however, stays pretty close with the manga version compared with the first anime adaptation.

Truth to be told, I always prefer the anime counterparts, unless it is not conclusive like the manga version.
