nVidia is better overall, mostly because of driver support, but lot more expensive. ATI's latest cards are so good that they forced nVidia to drop their prices a LOT. It speaks volumes about how good the cards are. Read about the ATI new cards here...

I have a Radeon HD3870 and it falls under your budget, around on 150$, but you can probably get it for less. If you can up the budget, get a HD4850, it goes for 200$. ATI's new cards are really awesome and the prices are really acceptable. I can play pretty much anything on high details...

Yeah, playing through Devil Hunter mode. It's easy. :P Joined the Dante group BTW. ;)

I don't know how the video card will fare on higher settings, but it's definetly worth a shot.

I'm running it on all the highest settings with my not-so-high-tech PC; Athlon X2 (4200), 2gb ddr, Radeon HD3870. It runs incredibly smooth and visually is stunning, definetly superior to the console versions. And to top it all of, I play it on my widescreen, 82cm LCD TV. Simply incredbible.

Yeah I agree, this is a pretty small bug compaired to everything else about the release. This is probably the best port I have ever played. Looks stunning and runs incredibly well. Good job Capcom, the wait was really worth it.

The exact same thing happened to me after beating Enchidna with Nero. I tried beating her twice and twice it crashed at the exact same time; when you beat her and the cutscene starts. The only way I got past it was, right after defeating her, I pressed escape to close the cutscene. Then I simply...

Nero is a wuss, no doubt about it, but just yesterday I played my first mission as Dante and boy...do I miss Nero and the DB. Things are so much easier with it. :P

Thanks, I will check it out. I'll try and download the games online, that will be a feat since they're pretty old, to see if they would even work. I heard not all games can be emulated to play on PC, especially those released for PS2.
