He thinks he controls the rules of the games he plays. And he uses his dice. They control certain moves and actions, that build the outcome of his game.
Very much so. He's not in an ordinary World as we know it. He's in his own World, which is very much different. Certain rules of physics aren't the same. And I have a name of the Villain he is facing. I was going to call him Doctor Dice.
