if u dont get the ''dark gift''(vampire)
from the sanctuary in the dark brotherhood(*spoiler* from the same speaker that spoke to u at 1st u will be asked to kill all the ppl from the sanctuary(base of DB) and u will kill the one that could give u the dark gift.
Well if u still u have killed all the ppl in the sanctuary just buy a house on skingrad and sleep ther for some days and the count is going to visit u at night if u know what i mean turn u into a vampire(he is a vampire too) at least thats whats happened to me

oh there is a cure about vampirism but u have to figure out on ur own how to do that
