I always shot the exploder's arms. Sometimes, I'd cut it off, then wait for more to get near it, then shoot it.

Stasis was mainly reserved for the obvioius needs, the really big necromorph, and the regenerator. Kenesis was used much more. It didn't use any of the stasis energy, for some reason, so it was basically unlimited. I used it to toss dead bodies around, like into air vents and things(gets rid of the bodies so they can't be converted), grab boxes and items from afar, and the obvious kenesis uses.
Well, have it happen 'now' after our next smexy part because in the 'months' to come things will slowly heat up.
It will definately up the stakes.
