They don't know that Sin is an aeon summoned by a great summoner called Yu Yevon, Yu Yevon itself junctions (like ultimecia did to griever) with an aeon to gain incredible powers in the war between Bevelle and Zanarkand. Zanarkand was destroyed but Yu Yevon couldn't stop it's ongiong rampage and thus was the creation of the creature sin.

I just stopped in real quick to see what's going down. I'm not sure if I'll be on this site until a little later tonight. I'm about to start doing the dishes as soon as this frikkin' pan is done soaking (I hate it when food sticks to the bottom of a pan, especially when it's rice or eggs)
