I understand ye, what's the "what if" story about?
At the start you'll read about a wasteland explorer who comes into Moriarty's Saloon. He'd lost his friend while they were exploring a subway. Mainly because of radroaches, then afterwards you'll see the event through the radroach's perspective. Does it sound good?
Bah! It doesn't need to be that accurate. I'll just say it's a metro in the ruins of DC. That'll do it.
Not the city, I need a metro in the ruins of DC that is inhabited by ghouls. Radroaches has a problem being in a ghoul city...
