The first guy you meet, he extends a ladder to the celing in the beginning of the third level I think. I instantly shot him when I saw him because I didn't like how he talked. <.<
You do? At Delta sector 2 when you need to find something to give to a guy so he can activate a teleporter. I killed that guy right after giving him the thing he needed and after he had activated the teleporter... He was a required loss! x)

If you find any corpses lying on the ground, shoot them with the shotgun or hit them with the flashlight. Who knows if they'll get up and kill you when your not looking. I even killed the survivors...
