But talking seriusly, i think that DT forms are created by a mix of both the Devil Arm unique characteristic and the user special characteristic, look at both Dante and Vergil hair in their DT forms in DMC3, and you notice that if it wanst by Vergil hair and color they would be the same.

About Nero DT.
Every Devil Arm as their own characteristic, the sheat is that characteristic for the Yamato DT it isnt supposely exact that it is Vergil, when he used DT with the Beowulf there was no sheat. So the DT is not Vergil.
A DT appearence might be influenced by two things.
User: Gives main characteristics.
Weapom: Gives something to support that weapom -
